PermitIQ does not create original permitting data and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided. All outputs are provided for informational purposes only.
By using the platform, users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for how they interpret and use the information provided. Zen Power and PermitIQ are not liable for any decisions, actions, outcomes, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the platform or its data. Users are responsible for independently verifying all information before making business, financial, or project-related decisions.
Users pay for access to PermitIQ's interface and data aggregation service. The platform simply condenses publicly available permit data into an easy-to-use interface. We are not responsible for what users do with that public information.
